This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit servknight.com or use our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

  • Payment information: billing address and payment method — processed by third-party payment processors, not stored on our servers
  • Content uploads: photos, reviews, project details, and other content you submit through our admin portals, such as our Review Showcase product

  • GoDaddy — domain registration and reseller services

  • Hosting providers — for our infrastructure and our clients’ sites
  • OpenStreetMap & CARTO — map tiles used inside our Review Showcase widget

Do Not Track

Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. We disclose our tracking practices in this Privacy Policy instead.

That said, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08 Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Specifically:

  • Active clients: for the duration of our services plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes
  • Inquiries that don’t become clients: typically up to 24 months, then deleted
  • Financial records: retained per applicable tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years)
  • Marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe

You can request earlier deletion at any time, subject to the obligations above.

09 Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you’re a parent or guardian and believe we have collected information from your child, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.

10 International Users

Our services are operated from the United States. If you access our website or services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers and headquarters are located. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

We make reasonable efforts to protect your information regardless of where it’s processed.

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, legal requirements, or technology. When we do:

  • We’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
  • For material changes, we’ll provide more prominent notice — email notification or a banner on our website
