ServiceKnight is a digital agency based in Allen, Texas that builds websites, runs SEO, and keeps the servers humming for service businesses, nonprofits, and small teams across America. We started in 2021 with one stubborn belief: clients deserve honesty over polish.
How we got here.
ServiceKnight didn’t start because the world needed another marketing agency. It started because we’d spent years watching great local businesses — plumbers, contractors, movers, nonprofits — get bled dry by agencies that promised big and delivered glossy PDFs nobody could read.
We’d sat in too many kickoff meetings where the “strategy deck” had nothing to do with what the client actually needed. Spent too many Sundays fixing websites that had been handed off in five different directions with nobody responsible for the whole thing. Watched too many small-business owners pay for “growth campaigns” that couldn’t point to a single extra phone call.
So in 2021, we built the company we wished existed. Small enough that one team owns everything. Transparent enough that you can ask at any point, “what are we actually paying for?” and get a real answer. Picky enough about fit that our oldest clients have been with us since day one.

We wanted our headquarters somewhere we’d run into our clients’ customer base at the grocery store — not a startup bubble where everyone’s pitching the next app. That proximity shapes the work. We write for people who hire plumbers, not people who work in product.
